Mariah Ollive, a physician assistant at Swanton Health Center, brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to primary care. With a background in medical studies and a three-year physician assistant program, Mariah is dedicated to helping patients achieve their long-term health goals.

Thomas Allerton, a physician assistant at St. Albans Health Center, is driven by a strong interest in preventive care. With his experience as an EMT and in the emergency department, Thomas is focused on helping individuals avoid emergencies and stay healthy.

Kate Kasowitz, a nurse practitioner, recently graduated from Frontier Nursing University and has been serving her community for over a decade as a registered nurse. With her advanced training, Kate can now provide a higher level of care, including diagnosing conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications.

Michelle Robert, also a nurse practitioner at Enosburg Health Center, has a genuine passion for connecting with patients and understanding their goals. Her journey in healthcare began during a wilderness first responder course, and she fell in love with the patient population and supportive environment at Northern Tier Center for Health.
